Wir liefern alle unsere Produkte innerhalb der EU. Wenn Ihr Land nicht für die Bestellung in unserem Webshop zur Verfügung steht, fragen Sie einfach per Email die Produkte an, für die Sie sich interessieren.
- Gerne lassen wir Ihnen Muster gegen eine kleine Kaution zukommen. Die Kaution abzüglich der Versandkosten wird Ihnen zurückerstattet, wenn wir die Muster innerhalb von 6 Wochen unbeschädigt zurückerhalten.
- Anschließend beraten wir Sie bei Bedarf ausführlich per Video-Call und führen Sie durch unseren Showroom.
- Danach erstellen wir Ihnen ein Angebot.
- Sobald die Bestellung erfolgt, erhalten Sie von uns eine Anzahlungsrechnung. Nach Eingang der Zahlung startet die Produktion Ihres Parketts.
- Vor der Auslieferung erhalten Sie die Schlussrechnung.
- Das Parkett wird zu Ihnen oder Ihrem Verarbeiter geliefert.

How can I order parquet flooring from inside the EU?
We ship to all member countries of the EU. In case your country is not available for online orders via our webshop, please send us a request via email.
- For a small deposit (usually 10 EUR per item) we send samples of the requested product. The money excluding the shipping costs will be reimbursed if we receive the samples back within 6 weeks.
- If requested, we consult you via Video-Call and show you our vast array of samples in our showroom.
- You receive a personalised offer.
- With your order, you receive the invoice for down payment. Production starts with the reception of the payment.
- You recieve the final invoice before delivery.
- Your order is delivered to you or your installer.

How can I order parquet flooring internationally?
We ship internationally on request. Please send us a request via email.

How can I order accessories internationally?
We ship accessories like skirting boards, wall coverings and Irish wool scarves and plaids internationally on request. Please send us a request via email.
